The mission of Payla is to build the next generation Buy Now Pay Later platform for Payment Providers and Financial Institutions, allowing our customers to offer invoice and installment plans to meet the demand for fast & frictionless payments.

Along the way, we solve exciting challenges in risk management, payment type processing, and accounts receivable management, all while delivering a superior customer experience.

This position is based in Berlin where you will report directly to the Head of Customer Service. 

What you will do:

  • Provide excellent support via telephone, chat and email to our end-users and business partners

  • Answer customer queries regarding our products & services, account sign up, online transactions and balance inquiries

  • Research and resolve client inquiries, verbally and written

  • Ensure accurate ticketing and documentation for each contact

  • Consulting with other departments within the organization to resolve complex customer inquires

  • Accurately interpret & explain transaction records

  • Assist with risk management and transaction trace requests

Job requirements
